Relating to Budget; presentation, discussion and direction regarding the framework for development of the fiscal year 2022-2023 budget and its role in the implementation of the Strategic Plan (Terry Rozema and Yiannis Kalaitzidis)

CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda contains items requiring action by the Council which are generally routine items not requiring Council discussion. A single motion and affirmative vote will approve all items on the Consent Agenda, including any resolutions or ordinances. Prior to a motion to approve the Consent Agenda, any Council member may remove any item from the Consent Agenda and that item will be discussed and voted upon separately.

Resolution No. 2022-001: Relating to Budget; authorizing the transfer of $2,041,000 in budgeted expense authority from the Other Capital Projects Fund 3800 to the Half Cent Sales Tax Fund 3040 in the fiscal year 2022 budget for costs related to the Marana Community Center Project (PK035) (Mo El-Ali)

Resolution No. 2022-002: Relating to Development; approving the final plat for Sierra Pointe, Lot 19 and a portion of Common Area “A” (Private Streets) and Common Area “B” (Open Space/Drainage) located on the west side of Coachline Boulevard approximately 0.2 miles north of Silverbell Road. (Cynthia Ross)

Resolution No. 2022-003: Relating to Development; approving a final plat for Desert Cardinal Lots 1-4 located on the north side of Moore Road approximately 450 feet west of Thornydale Road (Cynthia Ross)

Resolution No. 2022-004: Relating to Municipal Court; approving the appointment of Darlene Chavira Chavez as magistrate pro tempore for the Marana Municipal Court (Laine McDonald)
